10058-F4 induced cell cycle G1 arrest in ovarian cancer cells. SKOV3 and Hey cells were treated with 10058-F4 at the indicated dose for 48 hours and then analyzed for cell cycle distributions by Cellometer (A and B). Western blotting analysis of cyclinD1, CDK4, CDK6, p21, p27 and β-actin expression in ovarian cancer cells treated with 10058-F4 for 24 hours (C).
