B: a:The Periostin protein expression was significantly reduced by shRNA-Periostin(P <0.05). b:The level of mRNA of Periostin after transducting shRNA-Periostin lentiviral particles was decreased by nearly 80% (P <0.05). Control GFP lentiviral particles had no influence on the Periostin expression of LNCap cells.
