DCs that were generated in CellGro or RPMI+5% human AB serum were activated using the tested maturation stimuli, pulsed with HLA-A2-restricted influenza MP and used as stimulators for the induction of antigen-specific T cells. The frequency of antigen-specific T cells was determined by staining with HLA-A2 influenza MP tetramers. The summary (A) and representative staining (B) of five independent experiments are shown.
