  1. The data sets from 16 healthy HLA-A*02:01/CMV-seropositive donors were divided into 3 responder groups: weak (n = 5), medium (n = 5), and strong (n = 6), respectively, according to the obtained frequency of generated A2/CMV-pentamer-positive CD8+ T cells after 7 days of stimulation with the CMVpp65495-503 peptide (weak responders < 1% A2/CMV-pentamer-positive CD8+ T cells, medium responders 1-10% A2/CMV-pentamer-positive CD8+ T cells, strong responders > 10% A2/CMV-pentamer-positive CD8+ T cells).
