CD19+ B cells were purified from PBMC by negative selection and stimulated in the presence of hIgG2 or the indicated concentrations of CP-870,893 mAb. Cell surface CD86 expression was measured as mean fluorescence intensity pre-stimulation and at 24 hr and 48 hr after stimulation using flow cytometry.
