Tumor volumes of orthotopic and ectopic RG-2 gliomas of each Gd-dendrimer generation. Whole tumor tissue volumes, in mm3, were determined for the orthotopic and ectopic RG-2 gliomas of each of the Gd-dendrimer generation groups using the T2 weighted anatomical scans and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI data sets as described in the Methods section.
