Hierarchical clustering analysis of soluble protein fold-changes from baseline, drug trough levels, and denotation of best objective clinical responses in each case. Fold-changes over baseline for VEGF, sVEGFR-2, sVEGFR-3, and PlGF were log2-transformed. Ctrough values were divided by 10 and then log2 transformed. For objective responses, best response of 'PR' was assigned a score of 2, 'SD' was assigned a score of 1, and 'PD' was assigned a score of 0.5, and these assigned scores were also log2-transformed. Red indicates higher values (i.e., positive fold-change or positive response), and green indicates lower values (i.e., reduction from baseline or no response); grey indicates missing values.
