Inhibition of tumor growth in nude mice xenografted with human A549 cells by BBR. Mice were randomly divided into three groups, five to six mice each. In treated mice, BBR was administered i.p. at a dose of 5 mg/kg or 10 mg/kg three times per week. A significant reduction in tumor volume was observed in treated mice.
