Treatment of PC14PE6-RFP xenografts by a single i.v. injection of GLV-1h68. 4×10⁵ PC14PE6-RFP cells were implanted subcutaneously into the right flank of female nude mice. When tumor volumes reached approximately 200–250 mm³ mice were randomized into two groups (n = 6). Mice were either treated with an i.v. injection of 1×10⁷ pfu GLV-1h68 or received PBS as control (day 0). Numbers of surviving mice are indicated in parentheses.
