RCAS1 expression in OSCC cell lines (HSC-2, HSC-3, SQUU-A, SQUU-B) and SiSo (uterine adenocarcinoma cells; positive control) using RT-PCR and immunocytochemistry. A RCAS1 mRNA was firmly detected in all OSCC cell lines. B Analysis for luminosity (Image J software) revealed that RCAS1 mRNA of highly metastatic SQUU-B significantly scored higher than did the other 3 OSCC cells (P < 0.05; Mann–Whitney U-test). Mean values of triplicate measurements are shown.
