SOX4 knockdown enhances the effects of iCRT-3 on apoptosis in BT-549 cells. BT-549 cells were transduced with scrambled shRNA or SOX4 shRNA lentiviral particles. For stable knockdown, cells were kept under puromycin selection for two weeks. Whole cell lysates and total RNA were prepared, and assessed for SOX4 expression using (A) Western blotting and (B) quantitative real-time RT-PCR. β-actin was used as normalization control.
