The effect of silencing PKC on the invasion, adhesion and integrins expression of MDA-MB-231breast cancer cells. MDA-MB-231 cells were left untreated or transfected with scramble siRNA (control siRNA) or siRNA for PKC (PKC siRNA), and then were incubated with N-HDL and H-HDL respectively for indicated hours as previously described. The effect of control siRNA and PKC siRNA on the protein expression of PKC subtypes was determined by western blot (a).
