AEG-1 mRNA and protein expression in the colon cancer cell lines SW480, SW620, KM12C, KM12SM and KM12L4a. qPCR analyses of AEG-1 expression in the colon cancer cell lines SW480 and SW620 (A) and KM12C, KM12SM and KM12L4a (C). The mRNA expression was significantly higher in the metastatic cell line SW620 compared to the parental colon cancer cell line SW480 (p = 0.26).
