AEG-1 mRNA expression in normal colorectal mucosa and the corresponding primary colorectal cancer. The mean value of AEG-1 mRNA expression measured by qPCR increased significantly from normal mucosa (214.98 ± 156.39) to the primary tumour (371.56 ± 348.37, p = 0.0005).
