In the accompanying Table, the _LogRatio in variant oligos and corresponding homologous consensus oligo are shown for b,b homozygosity (HLA-A*2901 vs reference HLA-A*0101) and a,b heterozygosity (HLA-A*0101, A*0201 vs reference HLA-A*0101) that are portrayed by the top two bar graphs.
