  1. Cellular viral payload of YSCH-01/hDPSCs. The human dental pulp cells were infected with YSCH-01 at a dosage of 1000 VP/cell for 4 h, then washed 3 times with 1 × PBS buffer. After that, the infected hDPSCs were used for detection of the intracellular virus payload by virus titer assay as well as observation of the antitumor efficacy in xenograft mice models through IP injection. Ifu: infectious unit, VP: virus particles.
