IL-4 reduces the percentage of DC that are double positive for CCR7 and CD83 or CD25 induced by TNF-α. IL-4 and IL-4+-DC were double-stained with PE-anti-CCR7 and FITC-anti-CD83 (a, b) or APC-anti-CD25 mAbs (c, d) and analyzed by flow cytometry. The results of double labeling for CCR7 and CD83 (b) or CCR7 and CD25 (d) are expressed as the mean ± SEM  % of IL-4 and IL-4+-DC expressing the indicated markers in five separate experiments. *P < 0.05, compared to IL-4-DC
