The cytokine levels secreted by PBMCs as response to stimulation with a HPV16 E2 and b E6 peptides. Cytokine concentrations were measured only from PBMCs with positive proliferative response (LST positive). The cytokines detected against pools of HPV16 E2 or E6 are combined. HPV16 E7 is not shown, as only three children from case group showed response against HPV16 E7.
