Exon expression profiles of genes related to alternative splicing. For the genes in the differential module related to alternative splicing (AS), their exon expressions have been further investigated by other independent public dataset, because a key factor of the heterogeneity of prostate cancer is just AS mechanism. Each heatmap shows the expression profiles of one gene’s exons on different samples (normal samples are labelled in yellow, and disease samples are labelled in blue).
