Inhibition of AFAP1-AS1 impaired pancreatic cancer cell tumorigenicity in vivo. (a) (b) Nude mice were subcutaneously injected into the right axilla with 3 × 106 cells infected with shControl lentiviral vector (containing scrambled control shRNA) or shAFAP1-AS1 lentiviral vector (containing shRNA targeting AFAP1-AS1).
