Effects of SNN chemical components on HepG2 cellular steatosis. HepG2 cells were stimulated by a mixture of 1 mmol/L FFA (the ratio of oleate to palmitate is 2:1) 24 h. The steatotic cells were then treated with the chemical components for another 24 h. The cells were stained with Oil-Red and observed under microscope (200×).
