In vivo migration of A-NK cells. The same number of ¹¹¹In-labeled A-NK cells were injected i.a. (A) and, after one month, i.v. (B). Organ distribution of radioactivity was monitored at the indicated times (X axis) by planar whole-body acquisition (Y axis). An earlier and greater migration of labeled cells was observed in the liver after i.a. administration. Counts are corrected for isotope decay and refer to the mean ± SE of the three patients.
