Kinetics of Granzyme B and IFN-γ secretion by TALL-104 cells in the ELISPOT assays. TALL-104 cells (2.5 × 10³ cells per well) were incubated with K562 cells (5 × 10⁴ cells per well) in the Granzyme B and IFN-γ ELISPOT assays for 0.2, 0.5, 1, or 4 h at 37°C. Data are presented as average spots per well ± SD. Results are corrected for background and are representative of 3 experiments with similar results.
