CT scan image of the pelvis of patient reported as case 1 (A: before vaccination, B: after the 4th vaccination). The CT scan image demonstrates a reduction of tumor volume in the pelvic cavity after the 4th vaccination compared with before vaccination (32% reduction). The tumor had spread to the gluteus maximus muscle before treatment (white arrow in Panel A), whereas it appears separated from the muscle (white arrow in Panel B) after vaccination. The asterisk (*) indicates prostate hypertrophy. The sharp-mark (#) indicates a recurrent tumor in the pelvic cavity.
