Hierarchical clustering analysis of differentially expressed Alphavirus proteins. Peptides identified after GeLC-MS/MS were searched against the Mascot Alphavirus database. CHIKV proteins were identified only either in mild CHIKF (MC) or severe CHIKF (SC) samples but not in detected in non CHIKF (NC). Each lane represents one sample from one patient.
