Effects of NSLF6 on HUVECs proliferation, migration, and angiogenesis. (A) & (B) Cells were incubated for 24 h with GS, TSA and NSLF6. Cell proliferation was evaluated by MTT assay (A) and cell counting (B). (C) Cell migration was examined by transwell chambers with polycarbonate filters (8.0 μm pore) after incubation for 3 h. (D) Cells were seeded onto matrigel in 24-well plates. After incubated with NSLF6 for 18 h, tube formation was recorded photographically (40×).
