NFAT localization was evaluated both in LMNA WT and LMNA R321X-cardiomyocytes (WT, R321X) and in treated LMNA R321X-cardiomyocytes (R321X + sal, R321X + gua, R321X + empa). Data were obtained from 3 independent experiments. Ten different fields for each treatment were blindly acquired and analyzed for every independent experiment. Cells analyzed for each experimental condition: LMNA WT n = 2763 cells, LMNA R321X n = 2548 cells, LMNA R321X + sal n = 1941 cells, LMNA R321X + gua n = 3259 cells, LMNA R321X + empa n = 2032 cells. The plot shows mean ± SEM and significant differences, were calculated by ordinary one-way ANOVA and Tukey's multiple comparisons test (°°°°p = 0.0001 for WT vs R321X; ****p = 0.0001 for untreated R321X vs treated R321X)
