Analysis of different T cell subpopulations. (A) PRDM2/RIZ, PRDM1/BLIMP1, GATA3 and (B) CD40LG, IL2RA, MYC and KLF2 genes were assayed in CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ positive cells activated with anti-CD3/CD28 antibodies and treated with IL-2 supplemented with IL4, IFNG, IFNA and IL6 for 48 h. As in the previous experiments, PR + and PR- transcripts of RIZ and BLIMP1 were tested (see also Fig. 1 for transcript details).
