Cytokine treatments regulate PRDM1 and PRDM2 gene expression levels in activated T cells. BLIMP1a, BLIMP1b, RIZ1, RIZex8 and RIZ2 gene expression analyses by qRT-PCR in activated T cells were compared to naïve T cells after treatment with IL2, IL4 and IFNA at 2 h and at 6 h.
