Hypoxia treated cancer cells exhibited increased mobility and promoted M2 polarization of THP-1. A HIF-α levels were detected in SW480 and HT29 cells under normoxia and hypoxia conditions using western blotting assay. B Colony formation, C Transwell cell migration and D wound healing assays were performed to assess cell mobility. E M1 and M2 phenotypes of macrophages were examined by flow cytometry assay.
