The soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibitor TPPU improves comorbidity of chronic pain and depression via AHR and TSPO signaling. Spared nerve ingury (SNI) was used for the rodent model of pain-depression comorbidity. sEH inhibitor exerted antidepressant-like and analgesic effects in two ways: (1) inhibiting AHR signaling to function as antidepressant; and (2) improving depressive-like and hyperalgesic behaviors by increasing the TSPO protein levels
