Association of polygenic risk for cutaneous melanoma and melanoma-specific survival. All models were adjusted for age, sex and the first 10 PCs and additionally genotype batch effects in the MIA analysis. HRs were estimated using Cox proportional-hazards models. The full model refers to the PRS_susceptibility (CM PRS), while for the remaining two models the PRS_susceptibility respectively excluded SNPs in the naevus count and pigmentation pathways.
