The 50 most down-regulated small RNAs (figure A and C), and the 50 most upregulated (figure B and D) small RNAs in whole serum and whole CSF are displayed. Dendrograms to the right of the heatmaps cluster the RNA species, dendrograms on top of the heat maps display the clustering of the samples; underneath the heat maps the sample code is depicted.
