TyG-BMI had good clinical application value for diagnosing or excluding NAFLD in the training and validation groups. When none of the participants are considered to develop NAFLD, the black line represents the net benefit. When all participants are considered to develop NAFLD, the light gray line represents the net benefit. A model's diagnostic utility is defined as the distance between the "no treatment line" (black line) and the "all treatment line" (light gray line) in its curve. It is better to use TyG-BMI in clinical settings when the model curve is farther from the black line and light gray line
