[18F]FLT uptake as SUVbw max and tumor volumes, normalized to baseline SUVbw max (3a) and caliper volumes (3b and 3c) are shown with respect to dosing (QDx5, rest 2 days, and repeat). Study and dosing were initiated at day 0. Plot 3b displays the caliper tumor volumes for the same study range as the PET/CT study for easy comparison while 3c displays the full study range until mice reach ACUC endpoint. Figure 3d shows typical images of control and palbociclib treated mice at day 3
