The function of GAS6-AS1 is mediated by miR-370-3p and miR-1296-5p. A–E miR-370-3p and miR-1296-5p mimics suppressed the proliferation, migration and invasion of HT29 cells, whereas miR-370-3p and miR-1296-5p mimics partially offset the promotion effects of GAS6-AS1 on HT29 cells’ proliferation, migration and invasion.
