Comparison of image features between cholangiocarcinoma and PAC. Two-sided Mann–Whitney U test was performed for each feature, and 108 out of 150 features showed significant differences between cholangiocarcinoma and PAC after multiple comparison correction using false discovery rate procedure at a 5% level of significance (i.e., q value < 0.05).
