The process of creating PDX models and their applications. The generations are named F1, F2, F3, etc. Different cancer tissues can be used to create PDX models (orthotopic or heterotopic engraftment), as well as different hosts with varying degrees of immune deficiency. Tumor biopsy and generations F1 and F2 can be sampled for tissue bank, and tumor biopsy and F3 can be used for Genomics, Proteomics, and Transcriptomics analyzes.
