Microbiome-aware in silico platform. Schematic representation of the data driven platform that integrates multiscale modeling and artificial intelligence to provider deeper mechanistic understanding of microbiome and host response. This platform defines a dysbiosis fingerprint using person-specific data and employs algorithms to design precision diet/synbiotics to transfer this dysbiosis fingerprint towards symbiotic fingerprint. This platform can be used to formulate and to produce new generation of the optimally designed food supplements and pre/probiotics to improve desired trait for individuals or stratified populations
