Tumor cells were arranged in ductal and nested structures (black arrow), with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and prominent atypia of cells and nuclei. IHC staining of CK7 (b), CK19 (c), S100 (d), SMA (e) and Calponin (f). The adenocarcinoma subtype of IMPA was positive for CK7 and CK19, but was negative for S100, SMA and Calponin.
