Experimental animal protocol. The short-term and long-term immunization protocols included 4 experimental groups (C57BL/6 mice). The first one is the PBS control (nihil); the second one is treated only with checkpoint inhibitor and metronomic chemotherapy (CI + MCT); the third is the combination with the wt peptide (E7 or Trp2); the fourth is the combination with the mix of heteroclitic peptides (hPep). Tumor cell implantation is either the B16 or the TC1 cell lines
