Assessment of assay precision among laboratory staff with the cryopreserved CAR/TCR T-cell flow cytometry quality controls. The cryopreserved flow cytometry quality control cells were thawed and stained by two laboratory technicians at all time points across the one-year long-term stability study as described above. The cell viability as well as the expression of the following CAR and TCR engineered T-cell surface markers: protein L, CD22-Fc (Siglec-2) and CD19-Fc for CD19/CD22 bispecific CAR T-cell (A), EGFR for FGFR4 CAR T-cell (B) and murine TCR-beta for KK-LC-1 TCR T-cell (C) were assessed by flow cytometry. Data are shown as mean ± SD. The mean values of transduction efficiency and identity markers of each quality control cells between Tech-1 and Tech-2 are summarized in each table
