Knockdown of HIF-1α alleviated Met-5A cells EMT induced by high glucose. A Met-5A cells were seeded and then transfected with siRNA against HIF-1α (100 nM) or negative control (100 nM) and 12 h later, cells were incubated with high glucose (60 mmol/L) for 48 h.
