PNA-A15 inhibits the anchorage-independent growth of human lung cancer in H460, H292, H23 and A549 cells. a H460, b H292, c H23, and d A549 cells were treated with PNA-A15 or scramble (SC) 5 μM) for 48 h. After treatment, anchorage-independent colony formation was assessed by microscopy (4×) after 14 days, and the relative colony number and size of PNA-A15 or scramble-treated cells were compared to those of untreated controls.
