PNA-A15 is not toxic to normal cells but effectively kills lung cancer cells. a H460, b H292, c H23, d A549, e HK2, f HEK293, and g PDL fibroblast cells were treated with various concentrations of PNA-A15 (0–40 µM) for 48 h, or scramble, which was used as a control group. Then, cell viability was determined by MTT assay relative to the viability of untreated cells set as 100%. All plots represent the mean ± SD (n = 4). *P < 0.05 vs. untreated cells
