Exosomes released from Adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) secrete a panel of growth factors involved in reducing the cytokine storm and rescuing patients from the acute respiratory distress symptoms through the increase in neutrophils and T reg numbers and the polarization of macrophages from M1 to M2 profile.
