Ferroptosis mediates inflammation in LPS-treated BEAS-2B cells. The cells are treated with ferroptotic inhibitor Fer-1 (0.1 μM) or DFO (10 μM), or ferroptotic inducer Fe (5 M) or RSL3 (0.2 μM) in the presence of LPS for 24 h.
