Response of orthotopic B4B8 murine HNSCC tumors to AZD8931. B4B8 cells were inoculated into the buccal space of BALB/c mice as described in the Materials and Methods. When tumors reached 40 to 50 mm³ (~ 15 to 16 days after inoculation), mice were randomized for daily gavage with diluent or 50 m/kg AZD8931.
