Combined cell-therapy with MDSCs and Treg altered the subpopulation of T and B cells in mice with aGVHD. a Splenocytes (5 × 10⁶) plus bone marrow cells (5 × 10⁶) from B6 mice were transplanted into irradiated B/c mice via intra-vein injection.
