The molecular mechanism of MSC-derived EVs carrying miR-424 in affecting ovarian cancer. miR-424 is delivered from MSCs to ovarian cancer cells via EVs. miR-424 targets and inhibits MYB expression. MSC-derived EVs carrying miR-424 repress the expression of VEGF, thus inhibiting the proliferation, migration and tube formation of HUVECs and further suppressing the tumorigenesis and angiogenesis of ovarian cancer
